Empanadas La Linda comes from Salta, Argentina, known for its authentic empanadas, and is made in California with local produce. I grew up with Salteño empanadas as a staple at home — hand-crafted, filled with care — and I found in California the ingredients and the commitment to make that same food: fully cooked, frozen at peak, in limited small batches for Bay Area farmers markets. Salta is tradition, landscape, and the empanada on the table. California is where I work with farmers we know by name and stand the stall each week. The weekly selection varies with the season. This is not a shopfront. You reserve a limited batch and pick it up at market, or coordinate pickup. Pay in person, Venmo, or Zelle. We don’t process cards.
